Bought a great bwm for a very good price. About a week later some warning lights came up and I live in Limerick. They told me to bring it to the bwm dealer and we will sort it and they did. The bwm dealer said we checked the car besides that warning light problem which they fixed the car is perfect. Sound people would definitely buy a car off them again.

Unfortunately today I suffered what I personally deemed to a dismissive sexist attitude from certain members of the male service department staff when I brought an issue with my car to their attention. I then overhead another female customer complain to one of the sales staff as she was leaving the premises that she felt she was treated the same way. Very unfortunate experience because other members of the Motorview team are great to deal with & a pleasure to engage with in conversation. I will need to consider if I wish to return to upgrade my car as a result as would not like to experience this attitude again.
