I recently purchased a car from national motors and found the crew there very professional and friendly. I had a small rattle at the rear of the car and they took it back and gave me a courtesy car while they fixed the issue. After sales service is a big deal to me, and Andrew and the guys there were very accommodating and sorted  out the issue quickly. Very happy with my new car and having the confidence that I will be looked after going forward if the needs arise. I would definitely recommend national motors.

Purchased a vehicle from National Motors January 2025 which I am very happy with. I don't live locally, but I had a great service mainly using e-mail and phone before I collected the vehicle a few weeks later. Got the be careful with these guys, they have a very high opinion of their own mechanical work but reality is very different. They will definitely avoid dealing with warranty issues until the time has run out.
More detail.. I bought a car form these and firstly it had a slow puncture that had to be topped up on the way.. not a great start. It also threw a code for oil level on the way home, the level was showing too high a volume of oil. I drained the oil and they had put 6.5L into a 5.2L engine. I started to notice a power hesitation at low torque and low revs .. rang them up and they took it for a spin. They decided nothing was wrong but agreed the clutch was very worn ,they decided they would try and help suggesting even paying parts cost on the new clutch. I never heard from them again. Anyhow as it happens I went to look into it myself and the egr was completely rammed and the clutch wasn't great.. two issue kinda occuring at the same time. I suspect they knew what was up but we're just hoping I wouldn't figure it out. Clutch and flywheel had to be replaced.

Theres no benefit to buying a car from the likes of these versus just buying it privately. The warranty is a notion.
