We walked in to Prestige Autos on Friday the 8th of November and was greeted at the door by Lee! He took a few ideas of what we wanted and showed us a few cars and then left us to walk around the lot and look at and test drive whatever car we wanted to. He didn’t follow us and didn’t hound us every 2 minutes. By Friday the 15th of November, I was signing the documents to our new car fully serviced, NCT and valeted! He maintained contact with me throughout the whole week and was extremely helpful, if he was busy and missed my call he would call me straight back when he was free. I couldn’t recommend Prestige Autos any higher than this! 5 stars is not enough! They were absolutely amazing! Look forward to dealing with yourselves in the future. You know I will be recommending to friends and family.

Last year When i am buying a car.kevin promised one year extended warranty for my car.after he left the company management is not ready to fulfill the promise and stop responding to messages and avoiding when i try to contact them.never expected this type of behaviour from a company.

Also, be cautious—many of the 5-star reviews seem fraud.
Don’t fall for them if you’re considering buying a car from this dealer. All new customers avoid this company as much as possible.otherwise you ended up wasting time and money like me🙏🙏🙏

They marked my review as bogus and fake. I have evidence to support my experience, including photos of the car, screenshots of the website listing, the delivery confirmation, and my conversation with Kevin, one of your former employees.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from this dealer.
I’ve reported issues with the car I purchased, which are supposed to be covered under warranty, but my emails have been ignored. Months ago they promised an appointment and a courtesy car, but I’ve heard nothing since. This lack of communication and failure to honor the warranty is unacceptable. I expected better customer care and professionalism. I would strongly advise against trusting this dealership based on my experience.

UPDATE 20/12/2024: Thanks Eddie for your prompt response, it's great to see you are quick to respond to public reviews, if only your emails could move at the same speed.

I sent emails to Lee Palmer on the 28th of September, 2nd of October and 15th of October with the issues I was having with the car, receiving only a short response from Lee on the 15th of October “could you give me a call please when you get a chance”.

On the 16th of October he sent me the following “when we have a courtesy car back available i will let you know and you can come and swap”.

I haven’t heard from him ever since.

Anyway the car (BMW 218d GRAN TOURER) has been recalled by BMW as it is faulty and they currently working on the car.
