Very professional and helpful.  Took van in for CVRT and everything handled very well. The sidelight fuse had failed just before the test, they fixed it for nothing and passed the van.  Have returned each year and they are still excellent.

Fantastic service - had my motor tested a couple of weeks back & it needed a retest today - on both visits to the test centre the staff were incredibly helpful. From Sarah & Susan at reception to the testers themselves - a fantastic experience.  - No one likes to fail but these guys really sweeten the bad news and took time to explain exactly what the problems were. Overheard another tester actually offering to phone a guys mechanic to explain what work needed to be done. Keep up the great work - thanks a million :-)

I get alot of commercial vehicles serviced here and doe for last 10 years, the staff are very friendly and service is fantastic, Susan in reception very nice and friendly, and They have professional mechanics, Denis is a very good mechanic, nowadays Good mechanics hard to find. Had a fault with brakes on van called it in to my employer on Monday morning, employer told me it was to go to Rathcoole Commercial on Thursday for servicing !! Clocked up almost 1400 kilometres by Wednesday and brake hub busted and callipers jammed. Technician from Rathcoole put the blame on me driving it hard and reckless taking the employer story and laying all onus on me expecting me to pay for damage. Technician showed me pictures on his phone and would not listen to my side of the story.
