I had a major issue with my car and was very apprehensive about it. But Sheehys capable staff ( Dean) reassured me and ensures that there is no pressure on the customer. I really appreciate their dedication and commitment and I have my car like new now. A replacement car was provided during this period which helped me to carry out my duties without any interruptions

Best customer service I have ever experienced. I went to view a 2021 Skoda Octavia and was introduced to Sean. He showed me the car and when I spotted a few minor wear and tear marks on the car, he assured me that they would be dealt with before the sale was completed. Sean went above and beyond to ensure that the car was 100%, to my satisfaction, he was in constant communication throughout the process and he even worked out of hours on a Saturday morning to accommodate completing the sale.
