Wojciech and Jim were incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way. Both of them were happy to answer all our questions and walk us through the entire process from test drives, finance, paperwork, to handover. They made our experience stress free and enjoyable.

I strongly recommend a visit to Windsor, Galway if you are looking for a quality used car. We dealt with Gary and Sean and we found them to be very professional, helpful and friendly. We purchased a lovely 2021 Peugeot 3008 GT-line diesel automatic in as new condition. The price compared favourably with anything on offer nationwide. We were also given an additional warranty to bring the remaining Peugeot two year warranty up to a three year term.

Pros: Inside is clean, and neat. Employees are very friendly and professional. They have a lovely little coffee bar and a comfortable space to wait.

Cons: The place is hard to navigate with extremely limited parking for customers.  Despite being the largest dealership in Galway, they cannot provide all service requirements for the vehicles they sell and service.
They also hold "bankers hours". You MUST take time out of work in order to get any work done. My wait was 6 WEEKS to fix something. Previously I had to wait EIGHT weeks for a basic service.
While the employees are wonderful and the quality of their work is good, I can't say I'd recommend them for service for these reasons.
They clearly do not value the money their customers time and money.

Called in to Windsor today to look at buying a Renault Symbioz. Might aswell have not bothered. First experience with Windsor and will be my last. Firstly, I had to park at back of lot because all customer parking spaces were full (only 2 customers in showroom). Then as I made my way to the showroom not one but two Windsor employees drove cars through the pedestrian crossing as I ways trying to use. When I eventually reached the showroom I was completely ignored by the salesman who after a couple of minutes promptly got up from his desk and walked out. Tried looking at car I was interested in and it was locked. After 10 mins decided to leave and as I was leaving a Windsor employee driving a van stopped up for a chat with another employee blocking my exit. When after a couple of minutes waiting I showed my displeasure by moving my car forward he promptly started laughing at me. Looks like my hard earned money will be going elsewhere. Sad that I'll have drive to Ennis or Mayo to buy a Renault.
