We bought a car from Paul last month. We found Paul great to deal with on the day .We returned to purchase another vehicle last week , unfortunately Paul wasn't there on the day but we were shown around by another member of staff   we had decided on a car and the guy we were dealing with passed the information on to Paul , Paul then came back to us with a trade price lower the we had talked about previously.  When we out linded this , we never got a response! That was a week ago ! Poor costumor service!!
